I checked the App Store and use the word “sketch” to search for an app that could convert Images to a hand sketch. I found several. I can’t remember the app I used to use to turn a rendering into a sketch. Maybe Merlyn or Anna remembers.

There are no special instructions. If you haven't already, uninstall Studio on the old computer. Log into your CustomerHub account to access the link to download Studio. You will also have access to your serial number in CustomerHub. FYI, copy the serial number carefully so...

I saved the picture of the window in drop box as I have done for years. I opened minutes matter and taped on save image, then moved cursor to page where it made a cross. I navigated to dropbox, chose the picture and hit open. The screen closed and that's that! so I did it again with the same results....

Hi Linda, One option is to copy the image from your computer, then log into your studio online account and then paste it either on your stiudio online desktop or in your client’s file folder.
