Trouble filling hardware on a design
Thanks for solving my previous issue Anna. I'm just.not having a good MMS day... I was finally able to eliminate the tassel fringe. Maybe it's that my connection is that slow but I literally had to count to 15 before the tassels highlighted. Now I cannot change the color on the rings. just the lines.... -

I seen the message Debbie sent out concerning the hacked email and not to open "Transfer Documents Checklist.pdf" but I also got one from Anna with the subject line "View Documents". Anna did you send anything out like that to me? I haven't even clicked on it yet.

Having Studio problems
For some reason on my new computer, studio would not load and this was the message for not loading said. (I used it several time yesterday and today with no problem.)
Has anyone seen this message? I've tried to uninstall, repair and I get the same text box.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

Updated Parallels and now I can't access Studio Files
I updated Parallels yesterday and now I can access my studio files in Dropbox or my Mac desktop. I get a message saying the location is not available.

Has anyone used Minutes Matter for a 1/8" scale commercial projects? and if so, is there any drawback? Any tips? I haven't used AutoCad in years and my client really doesn't have the money for me to use an outside contractor for it. -
Studio Keeps Asking for Serial Number on Windows 8 Computer
I downloaded MM and did the 30 day trial version, which put the Raspberry Icon on desktop. When I purchased, I logged into Customer Hub, found my serial number and used it to sign in. Fonts in Studio
I have Studio, on my desk top and lap top. For some reason I have a different list of fonts on each (of course some are duplicates)
How can I update. I like the list of fonts better on my lap top and I rarely use it.

Eye Dropper Tool isn't working
I just got a new computer that runs Windows 7, I can't seem to get my eye dropper tool to work with selecting color for drawing or even the paint swatches in the Image toolbox.
