Having a problem signing in to the ipad version: I may have entered the wrong password too many times: now frozen out! Please help

Hi Johanne,
You can close out a frozen app on your iPad by holding down the Power button (top of iPad) when you see the Slide to Power Off screen press the Home button (bottom front of iPad). That will shut down a single app.
I will send directions for signing into your Studio Online account via your iPad. Also, log into your CustomerHub account and you will see a tab for Studio Online. Watch the video on Setting up your iPad with Studio Online. Let us know if you still have trouble.
